3LPE coated pipe refers to carbon steel pipe externally coated with a Three-Layer Polyethylene (3LPE) anticorrosion system.
3LPE coated pipes are manufactured and tested in accordance with major international and national standards DIN 30678 / ISO 21809-1.
Key Features:
1) Operating temperature range -40°C to +80°C (up to +85°C by some standards)
2) Coating thickness 1.8 – 3.2 mm (typical); up to 3.8 mm for larger diameters
3) Excellent resistance to most soil chemicals and environments
4) Good flexibility, can withstand pipe bending within limits

Package: several strips of sufficient thickness are wrapped around the pipe avoiding the direct contract between pipes, hexagonal bundled with steel strips if pipe with OD≤219.08mm, loose packing if the pipe OD＞219.08mm, each bundle will not exceed 3tons.
Shipment: Land transportation by truck or train, sea transportation by container shipment or bulk vessel.
